Scan and verify personnel activities. For Example: All employees are required to attend the toolbox talk. Each personnel scans their identity card and confirms their name and attendance on the toolbox talk. Sarah the onsite health and safety offices knows whom is in the room and can ask questions specific to people whom are in attendance. Paul the site manager wants to know who attended todays toolbox talk and runs a report displaying the personnel whom attended.
